Quality Support

Quality maintained
from the line to delivery

Parts can leave the line conforming and still arrive damaged, mixed or mislabelled. We support quality in production areas, warehouses and logistics flows, at the points where these risks appear — as quality support, not as a logistics provider.

The challenge

Protect quality
across the whole flow

Between production and your customer’s dock, parts are handled, stored, packed and transported. Damage, mixed references, wrong labels or unsuitable packaging can create complaints even when production was correct.

What we provide: quality support at the points of the flow you choose — production areas, storage and shipping — with checks based on your requirements and your customer’s specifications.

  • Quality support in production areas
  • Checks of stored parts and stock condition
  • Packaging and labelling checks against requirements
  • Checks before shipment, according to the agreed scope
  • Traceability support: lots, references and identification
  • Reporting of findings and suggested improvements

Control points

Checks where
risks appear

Control points are chosen with you according to your flow and your customer’s requirements. We work within your processes and systems; we do not operate warehouses or logistics services.

  • End of line: identification and packing of finished parts
  • Storage: stock condition, segregation and first-in, first-out
  • Shipping: references, quantities, labels and packaging
  • Receiving: condition and identification of incoming parts
  • Traceability records kept in line with your system

Frequently asked questions

Are you a logistics provider?

No. Qualivision provides quality support within your production and logistics flows. We do not operate warehouses, transport or warehouse management systems; we work within your processes and tools.

What kinds of checks can be carried out in a warehouse?

For example stock condition, identification and segregation of references, packaging and labelling, and checks before shipment, according to the scope agreed with you.

Can you work in our logistics provider’s warehouse?

Where access is organised with your logistics provider, support can take place at their premises, following their safety and site rules.

Do you check packaging against our customer’s requirements?

Yes, when these requirements are provided — packaging specifications, label formats or quantities per container — they can be used as the check criteria.

How are findings reported?

Findings, quantities checked and any non-conformities are reported in the format and at the frequency agreed with you, with suggestions where improvements are possible.
