Quality support adapted
to your industrial environment

Quality risks change from one industrial environment to another. Qualivision adapts inspection, containment, rework and quality support to the parts, processes, requirements and flow involved.

How to start

A simple way to start

  1. 1Describe the situation

    Parts, process, location
    and quality issue.

  2. 2Define the scope

    Requirements, priorities
    and control criteria.

  3. 3Deploy the support

    Resources and controls
    organised around the need.

  4. 4Report & adjust

    Results shared and the approach
    adjusted where needed.

Questions about
industries

A question about your sector or your parts? Describe your situation and we will tell you what can be proposed.

Do you only work in the automotive sector?

Automotive is our primary focus. The same inspection, containment and quality support methods can be applied to other industrial environments, provided the parts, requirements and working conditions are reviewed with you first.

Can your services be adapted to different industries?

Yes. The approach stays the same — agreed criteria, field execution, documented results — while the checks, criteria and reporting are defined from your drawings, specifications and customer requirements.

Can you work at our production site?

On-site intervention can be considered depending on the project. Tell us where the site is, what the parts and the issue are, and the scope needed; we will then confirm what can be organised.

Can you intervene at a supplier or customer’s site?

This can be considered depending on the project, the location and the access conditions agreed between the parties involved. The scope and role are defined with you beforehand.

Which service should we choose?

It depends on the situation: inspection to check conformity, sorting and containment after a suspected defect, rework when parts can be recovered, a quality wall during sensitive phases, or engineering, supplier and flow support for the longer term. Describe your case and we will suggest a suitable approach.

Can several services be combined?

Yes. For example, containment can be followed by rework, a quality wall and support with corrective actions. The combination and its scope are defined with you according to the need.
