Eight ways we support your quality

Each service can be deployed on its own or combined
into a complete response to a quality issue.

Quality Inspection

Incoming, in-process, final and pre-shipment checks: visual, dimensional and functional.

The challenge
Defects that go undetected travel down the line and reach your customer, where they cost far more to correct.
What we provide
Inspection at the right control points — receiving, production, end of line, before dispatch — against your drawings and criteria.
The benefit
Conformity checked before parts move on, with documented results according to the agreed scope.

Sorting & Containment

Sorting of suspect parts and containment actions that protect production and shipments.

The challenge
A suspected defect puts stock, work in progress and shipments at risk while the root cause is still unknown.
What we provide
Sorting of suspect parts, 100% controlled sorting when required, identification of checked parts and clear reporting.
The benefit
Your production and deliveries continue, and non-conforming parts are kept away from your customer.

Rework & Rectification

Controlled rework of non-conforming parts according to defined instructions.

The challenge
Scrapping recoverable non-conforming parts is costly and can create shortages on your line.
What we provide
Rework or rectification according to approved instructions and specifications, followed by verification of every reworked part.
The benefit
Recoverable parts returned to a conforming state, with traceability of what was reworked and checked.

Quality Wall

An additional, controlled inspection point during launches or quality incidents.

The challenge
During a launch or after an incident, your standard controls may not be enough to secure what leaves the site.
What we provide
A dedicated inspection point placed in your flow, with defect monitoring, identification of checked parts and regular reporting.
The benefit
Temporary reinforcement of your controls, without disrupting your organisation, until the process is stable.

Resident Quality Representation

On-site representation of suppliers at their customers’ facilities.

The challenge
When a supplier is far from its customer’s plant, quality incidents are handled late and communication suffers.
What we provide
A resident representative at your customer’s site to follow incidents, coordinate containment and corrective actions, and report.
The benefit
Faster, better-documented handling of incidents and a clearer relationship with your customer.

Quality Engineering & Audits

Process and product quality support, assessments and problem solving.

The challenge
Recurring defects and complaints persist when root causes are not identified and actions are not followed through.
What we provide
Process and product quality support, process or supplier assessments, root-cause analysis, 5 Why / 8D and APQP/PPAP support where appropriate.
The benefit
Structured problem solving that reduces recurrence and strengthens your quality system.

Supplier Quality Support

Follow-up of supplier quality, launches and corrective actions.

The challenge
Supplier issues discovered late disrupt your production, and corrective actions are hard to follow remotely.
What we provide
Supplier quality follow-up, launch and readiness support, corrective-action monitoring and escalation support.
The benefit
Earlier visibility on supplier risks and corrective actions followed through to closure.

Production & Supply Chain Quality Support

Quality support in production, warehouses and logistics flows.

The challenge
Parts can be damaged, mixed or mislabelled between production and delivery, even when they left the line conforming.
What we provide
Quality support in production areas, quality checks in warehouses and logistics flows, packaging and labelling checks, stock checks and traceability support.
The benefit
Quality maintained across the whole flow, from the line to your customer’s dock.

What types of quality support do you provide?

We cover eight service families: quality inspection, sorting and containment, rework and rectification, quality walls, resident quality representation, quality engineering and audits, supplier quality support, and production and supply chain quality support. They can be combined to match your situation.

Where can your services be performed?

Depending on the need, services can be organised at your production site, at your supplier’s premises, at your customer’s facility or in a warehouse or logistics location. Tell us the location and the scope: the intervention is assessed and agreed during scoping, together with access, safety and working conditions.

Can you help with an urgent containment need?

Contact us as soon as the issue is identified, with the part references, the suspected defect, the quantities involved and the location. We review the situation with you and agree on the most practical way to set up sorting or containment. Start-up timing depends on the scope, the location, the resources required and access to the parts.

How do you report results and ensure traceability?

Reporting content and frequency are agreed at the start. Reports typically include quantities inspected, accepted and rejected, defect types, lot or batch identification and the marking applied to checked parts, so every result can be traced back.

What information do you need to prepare a quote?

Part references, drawings or specifications, the defect or characteristic to check, estimated quantities, the location, the expected duration and any customer-specific requirements. You can attach drawings, photos or specifications to the quote form.

How long does a project last? Is it flexible?

Duration depends on the nature of the need, the quantities concerned and the agreed scope; it is defined with you when the need is scoped. Scope and resources can then be adjusted as the situation evolves.
