The challenge

Solve problems
at their source

Recurring defects and repeated complaints often mean that the real root cause has not been found, or that corrective actions were not fully implemented. Inspection alone cannot fix that.

What we provide: quality engineering support alongside your teams, to analyse problems in a structured way, assess processes or suppliers against your requirements, and help follow corrective actions through.

  • Process and product quality support
  • Internal process assessments and supplier assessments against your requirements
  • Root-cause analysis support (5 Why, Ishikawa)
  • 8D problem-solving support
  • APQP/PPAP documentation support where appropriate
  • Corrective-action follow-up and support in checking their effectiveness

Assessments, not certification

Assessments that serve
your improvement

Our assessments are working tools for your quality improvement. They are carried out against your own requirements or your customers’ requirements. Qualivision is not a certification body and does not issue certificates.

  • Assessment criteria agreed with you before the visit
  • Findings documented with factual observations
  • Your quality framework as the reference (for example IATF 16949 or ISO 9001)
  • Improvement actions proposed and prioritised with you
  • Follow-up of actions as agreed

Our process

Problem solving in four steps

  1. 1Describe the problem

    Facts, data and
    the scope of the issue.

  2. 2Find the root cause

    Structured analysis with
    the relevant methods.

  3. 3Implement actions

    Corrective actions agreed
    with owners and dates.

  4. 4Check and standardise

    Effectiveness reviewed;
    lessons captured.

Benefits

Fewer recurring problems,
a stronger quality system

  • Root causes addressed, not only symptoms
  • A structured, documented approach to problem solving
  • Assessments focused on your requirements
  • Corrective actions followed through
  • Support for your team’s quality documentation
  • Flexible support adapted to project scope and operational needs

Frequently asked questions

Are your audits certification audits?

No. Qualivision is not a certification body. Our assessments are carried out against your requirements or your customers’ requirements to help you identify improvement actions; they do not lead to a certificate.

Which problem-solving methods do you use?

Depending on the situation, we support methods such as 5 Why, Ishikawa (cause-and-effect) analysis and 8D. The method is chosen to fit the problem and your customer’s expectations.

Can you help with APQP or PPAP?

Where appropriate, we can support the preparation and review of APQP/PPAP documentation with your teams. Approval remains with you and your customer.

Can you check that corrective actions are effective?

We can support you in checking the effectiveness of corrective actions — for example by reviewing results after implementation or through follow-up inspections — as agreed with you.

Do you work with our teams or independently?

Generally alongside your teams: they know your products and processes, and structured problem solving works best when the people concerned are involved.
